Despite many articles praising or criticising diets and ways of nutrition, the matter is still very ambigue and subjective too. This means that someone is responsible for his/ her nutritional habits, must be aware of its consequences (either good or bad- because we live in a full of info society) and select the one that maximizes the equation of his own life and hapiness.
