But of course..Except from scientific experimentation and various research in the field of Dietology, it's also common sense that food by the aspect of quantity as well as quality really reflects who you are, in three basic sectors :

Physical appearence (weight, stamina, flexibility, attractiveness)

Pathology (heart, blood circulation, cholesterol, digestion and other important functions)

Psycological (temper, mood, self-esteem, sexuality, energy, vitality)

Despite many articles praising or criticising diets and ways of nutrition, the  matter is still very ambigue and subjective too. This means that someone is responsible for his/ her nutritional habits, must be aware of its consequences (either good or bad- because we live in a full of info society) and select the one that maximizes the equation of his own life and hapiness.

So put a lot of quality, reduce some quantity, enjoy the most balanced cuisine and get a mix full of attractiveness, healthiness and vitality!

Highlights :  Mediterraneans love to travel overseas, so allow yourself once in a while to get some tasty trips wherever you feel like it ( du fromage francais, italian pasta, spanish paella, chinese noodles or japanese fingerfood ).

Tips : A good meal perfectly matches with a glass of nice wine..And last but not least something to sweeten you!
